Guildwork is also a useful addon that is now working with DX11 too.

The addon does several things but the most useful is custom chat filters that will block RMT spam.

It can also give you notification of several other ingame events, even more if you want to subscribe for a small fee.

Click on your name on the top right and choose "Dashboard". Once there, an extra "Explore" button appears to the left of "Freinds". Click that and choose "Guildowrk Client (for FFXIV).

I've posted my own chat filters in the forums as well as the DLL files I had to install for it to work with DX11 in the Game Related General fourm.
